STRATEGY Design signs for 787 Seventh Avenue, new-construction, 54-story office building. Renovate lobbies and public areas of 1285 Avenue of the Americas, 42-story office building constructed in 1960. Link lobbies and public areas of both buildings to create a contiguous, integrated complex using signs as one of the common elements. SCOPE OF WORK Numbering, branding, identification, wayfinding and code-required egress and safety signs for office floors, common areas, lobbies, retail stores, site-specific commissioned artwork and public amenity spaces.
